What to do if size doesn't fit??

Exchange of item,

Within 5 days

The day that we send out the item is counted as Day 1.

You may send an email to us at littleblackbook.my@gmail.com to request for an exchange.

Exchange of items will be revised under the discretion of the management.

How to request for exchange?

1) Send us an email stating the reason of exchange, and item that you wish to exchange for in that email.

2) Once approved, we will give you an address to mail your item back to. You will have to mail it out within 2 days.

Alternatively, you can drop by our HQ outlet at

No.37-1 Jalan SS 21/37 Damansara Utama and our friendly staff will attend to you

3) Please note that for every exchange, postage and handling fees of RM 5 per item will be imposed on buyer. Payment for this RM 5 will be paid through Maybank / Maybank2u only.

4) If the item you want to exchange for is of a higher price, you will have to top up the difference in amount. Payment of difference also paid through Maybank / Maybank2u only.

5) If the item that you want to exchange is of a lower price, there will be no refund of the difference. So, we would usually encourage our customers to choose items that are of the same price.

6) Exchange is only valid for 5 days, counting Day 1 as the day we send your item out.

Terms and conditions for Exchange of Items

There will be no refund of cash.

You may not exchange more than one time for each purchase.

You may only exchange tops for tops, and bottoms for bottoms.

Additional postage and handling fee per item exchanged will be imposed on buyer.

Refunds

We do not have a refund policy in little.black.book, please refer to top section for our Exchange Policy.

Once you receive your items, please check for defects.

Please report to us within 5 days if any defect is found on the clothing, counting Day 1 as the day that we send the item out.

Terms and Conditions

1) All goods sold are non-refundable

2) All goods sold are only exchangeable under the discretion of the management within 5 days. We will not be responsible for loss of mail through normal postage when you send the item back. You may send it by registered post.

3) Accessories like earrings and bags are non-exchangeable.

4) Buyer should allow within around 1 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different ways of measurement.

5) Buyer should accept slight colour difference due to different monitor's resolution

6) We are not responsible for loss of items through normal post. If you wish to opt for registered post, kindly reply in our confirmation mail to let us know.

7) All our prices are nett and priced in (RM) Ringgit Malaysia.

8) All items will be sent through Pos Malaysia (Normal Parcel or Poslaju)

9) We accept payments via bank transfer – Maybank / Maybank2u.

10) We will not be responsible for any wear and tear incurred on the item due to their course of daily usage.

11) All information that you provide us with will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
